This is a next-generation taping machine equipped with cutting-edge technology.
After picking up the chip parts from the wafer sheet, the electrical characteristics are inspected.
NG products are automatically ejected from the inspection results,
and only good products are taped.
Semi-auto taping handler NCT-280
Semi-auto taping machine for embossed carrier tape is suitable for high-mix low-volume production.
The tape width can be changed and the operation procedure is simple,
so even people who are new to taping or who are unfamiliar with taping can
use it without any problems.
LD tester LX72 series
LX72 is tester for LD it tests each characteristic
(VF, VR, IR, light quantity and wavelength) combined with rest handler.
